Spring cycle for Extra Credit Grants:

Applications are accepted January 12 – February 28.
Notification of funding decision will occur in April.

Fall cycle for Extra Credit Grants:

Applications are accepted August 6 – September 17.
Notification of funding decision will occur in October.

Requests that fall outside our giving guidelines include (but are not limited to) the following:

Third-party requests, such as an organization or team raising funds on behalf of another nonprofit
Individual sponsorships, such as sports teams, beauty, scholastic, talent competitions, and events
Events or fundraisers benefiting an individual
National or international relief efforts
Travel costs or trips
Political campaigns or efforts
Infrastructure projects
Alcohol requests

How It Works

All Purposeful Giving and Extra Credit Grant requests must be submitted through this online portal. We do not accept requests via email or over the phone.
Organizations/schools and/or event/programming must be located in a city or town where Raley’s operates a store.
Raley’s provides support to organizations and/or schools once per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). If your organization has more than one opportunity for support throughout the year, please submit your top choice first.
Raley's offers 3 primary forms of support:
- Monetary support for programs
- Healthy Food and Snack Items
- Raley's Gift Cards
